At PetBite, we know that when your pet is out of food or needs a new toy, you need it fast. That’s why we are proud to offer ultra-fast local delivery as well as reliable shipping across Canada.

1. Local Same-Day Delivery (Within 3km)

For our local customers located within a 3km radius of our store, we offer a specialized VIP delivery service.

  • Speed: PetBite has a dedicated in-house driver who collects local orders. We will attempt to deliver your order to your door within 5 hours, or guaranteed by the same day.
  • Receiving Your Order: Because we sell perishable goods (like raw food), please try to ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. If you are not home, please leave instructions at checkout on a safe place to leave the package.

2. Canada-Wide Shipping

Not in our local zone? No problem! We proudly ship pet supplies everywhere in Canada.

  • Our Carriers: We partner with trusted major carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to get your order to you safely and efficiently.
  • Rates & Times: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your exact location.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

3. Order Processing

  • Local Delivery: Processed immediately to ensure our driver can meet the 5-hour/same-day window.
  • National Shipping: Orders are typically processed, packed, and handed to our shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days.

(Note: Due to strict temperature control requirements, raw pet food may have shipping restrictions outside of our local same-day delivery zone to ensure the product arrives fresh and safe for your pet).
