At PetBite, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. You can return items in person directly at our store, or you can ship them back to us.
2. Electronics, Hardware, & Toys
Items such as electronics, pet hardware, and toys have a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return, these items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags included.
3. Dry Pet Food
Dry dog food and dry cat food can be returned within 14 days, provided the packaging is completely undamaged and unopened. For health and safety reasons, any bags of food that have been opened, ripped, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a refund.
4. Raw Pet Food (Final Sale)
For the strict safety and health of all pets, raw food is strictly non-returnable once it leaves our store. Because raw food is highly temperature-sensitive, we must maintain strict quality control. Therefore, all raw food sales are final.
5. How to Make a Return
- In-Store Returns: Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your original receipt or proof of purchase, to our store.
- Returns by Mail: You may ship your items back to our store address. Please ensure the items are securely packaged. (Note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs).
